FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention deals with fabrication of metal structures, in particular - those used for manufacture of special purpose vehicles. The framed structure is laser-cut out of a metal sheet in the form of a flat unfold with the bend lines marked out with two radial with radius = R cutouts and additional elliptic holes with radius = R which number depends on the distance between the radial cutouts and the unfold sheet thickness. The radial cutouts and elliptic holes axes coincide with the bend lines. Through flexion along the bend lines the flat unfold transforms into a three-dimensional structure whose angles are weld-treated from the inside, the radius of cutouts and holes amounting to R>=S depending on the unfold sheet thickness. ^ EFFECT: elaboration of an innovative metal structure fabrication technology enabling minimisation of labour and material intensity of the production process. ^ 2 dwg |
