The invention relates to a device making it possible to wash the inner and outer face of the teeth as well as the walls of the mouth in a manner which is correct and efficient according to medical opinion. It consists of an assembly of two accessories A and B. The accessory A consists of an assembly comprising a bent central reinforcement 2, an end 6 which has bristles, and a part serving for the fastening of the handle 4. The other part precisely matches the standards A, except that at 6 this part is replaced by a spongy end. The device of the invention according to the inventor is intended particularly for oral hygiene through brushing of the teeth and for washing the gums, tongue and palate. <IMAGE>
