PURPOSE:To reduce amount of dry powder which is accompanied with vapor of a solvent and scattered by fitting a resistance disk for preventing natural convection to a rotary shaft for driving a rotary blade at one step or a plurality of steps in a region for producing semisolid or dry powder in a drum. CONSTITUTION:Raw liquid fed into a drum 1 through a feed port 2 is distributed to the inner peripheral surface of the drum by a rotating distribution ring 3 and furthermore made to a thin film shape along the inner peripheral surface of the drum by the rotary blades 5 fitted to a rotary shaft 4 and lowered. In this case, the raw liquid is indirectly heated with steam for heating incorporated in a heating steam jacket 7 and a solvent component is evaporated and gasified and thereafter sucked through a discharge port 12 of vapor of the solvent in the upper part and discharged and solid is made to dry powder and taken out from the lower part. Therein a plurality of resistance disks 22 are fitted to the prescribed regions in the axial direction of the outer peripheral part of the rotary shaft 4 and thereby generation of natural convection continued in a range over the interval of the upper and lower parts in the drum 1 is prevented and therefore powder which is companied with vapor of the solvent and scattered is reduced. |
