PURPOSE:To allow the boiling detection with little error in case of the different camber of a pot or the like by utilizing the heating time in addition to the temperature detection as the boiling judgment data. CONSTITUTION:A temperature detecting device is constituted of a thermo- sensitive element 6 and a resistor and an A/D converter 11, and a microcomputer 12 has a counting means counting the heating time, a memory means storing the fixed temperature and the fixed count time, and a calculating means. When a current starts to be fed to a coil 4, the microcomputer 12 reads the temperature from the temperature detecting device and judges whether the preset temperature is attained or not. If the preset temperature is not attained, it judges whether the preset time has elapsed or not, if the preset time has not elapsed, the same action is repeated. If the preset temperature is attained or the preset time has elapsed, it judges as boiling. The boiling can be thereby detected with little error. |
