The invention relates to a hydraulically-operated cutting device composed of an emitter part A which can be dismantled from the handle 1, a handgrip 2 articulated at 3 actuating a piston 4 which pushes a hydraulic liquid 5 contained in the cylinder 6 which is provided with a purge 17, the liquid is discharged into the line 7 connected to the receiving part B which is dismantlable by means of a stick-type handle 8 which, at the other end, is composed of a cylinder 9, a spring 15 in which a piston 10 is pushed by the action of the liquid 5; the articulation 11 with demultiplication adjusting screw 16 retransmits the force to the movable jaw 12 articulated at 13 coming into contact via its cutting part 18 with the cutting part 19 of the fixed jaw 14.
