Hinged multi-position armchair device comprising three parts which are adjustable independently from each other, seat, back, legrest, by virtue of three actuators positioned under the seat of the armchair. The seat 1 is adjustable from the horizontal to a slope of about forty-five degrees. The back 2 is adjustable from the horizontal up to the vertical. The legrest 3 is adjustable from its extension in line with the seat to its folded-away position under the seat. These three articulated parts are adjustable by virtue of three actuators 4 fixed tangentially to their supporting (bearing) point 9. <IMAGE>
