PURPOSE:To improve the durability of an Al material after brazing by using a flux contg. potassium fluorosilicate and zinc fluoride in specified ratios to the basic compsn. and further contg. sodium fluoride and aluminum fluoride in prescribed ratios to the product. CONSTITUTION:An Al material (substrate) 1 is brazed with a flux consisting of 98-90% basic compsn., 1-3% sodium fluoride and 1-7% aluminum fluoride. The basic compsn. consists of 30-90% potassium fluorosilicate and 70-10% zinc fluoride. A firm, durable Al material product is obtd. by brazing. |
