PURPOSE:To facilitate change of setting, by carrying out changeover of setting of successive opening and closing and opening time of a unit changeover valve for cotton grades and changeover of a main changeover valve provided in a cotton sucking means of respective spinning machines by electric circuit elements. CONSTITUTION:Waste cotton sucking means (B1), (B2)...(Bn) provided oppositely to combers (W1), (W2)...(Wn) are respectively connected through unit changeover valves (C1), (C2)...(Cn) to a transporting duct (D) and the unit changeover valves and main changeover valve (E) are selected and opened by a sequencer (G) to collect cotton in the respective cotton collectors (F1) and (F2) for cotton grades. The sequencer (G) is provided with a memorizing means 10 for memorizing the grade of waste cotton of the respective combers, relay for actuating the unit changeover valves, timer for setting opening time of the changeover valves and timer for backward feeding the cotton for setting the time for completely transporting the residual cotton in the transport duct in changing grades. |
