<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a multi-functional decorative sheet which can be bent at a right angle or perform bending processing in a state of circular arc of 5 R or less and is easy in performing solid and uneven finishing, by sticking a thermoplastic film onto a base plate with a hot pressing vacuum press processing method through an adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION:A multi-functional decorative sheet 1 is constituted of a base plate 3 and a thermoplastic film 2 stuck onto the base plate 3 with a hot pressing vacuum press processing method through an adhesive agent 4. An orientating fiber sheet or push plate is used as a base plate 3 and a urethane adhesive agent or vinyl chloride- vinyl acetate copolymer adhesive agent is used as an adhesive agent 4. Although a vinyl chloride film or polyester film is used as the thermoplastic film 2, it may be good even if it is transparent or semi-transparent or milk-white or it may be colored appropriately or print a pattern such as a geometrical pattern. Consequently, secondary processing such as V cut or R cut can be performed. Moreover, a multi-functional decorative sheet which can appeals to more is obtained with the film where material feeling, wood grain feeling and uneven feeling of a design possessed by the base plate 3 have been finished respectively into transparent and semitransparent coloring/milk- white/pattern.</p> |
