PURPOSE: To embed a superconductive material shielded from an environment into materials having excellent conductivity by heating a produced wire to decompose and burn out a bonding agent, and then by sintering residual materials, when a rod-shaped filament(F) product and a matrix(M) product are reactive materials. CONSTITUTION: If a F product and a M product are composed of non- superconductive reactive oxide, a bonding agent is burnt out after formation of a wire to sinter the wire. Also, if a perform composed of superconductive oxide is used in either the F product or the M product, the wire produced after extrusion is heated, in this case, the bonding agent is decomposed and burnt out, and then the wire is sintered. As a result, the superconductivity of the wire is improved. A temperature for decomposing the bonding agent and sufficiently burning it out depends on the type of the bonding agent, and an appropriate burningout temperature is, for example, 400 to 600 deg.C. It is preferable that the decomposition and burningout treatment are performed in the atmosphere containing oxygen, for example, in the air or oxygen gases. |
