The invention relates to a stacker for dumping overburden or usable mined material. The stacker according to the invention has three pairs (1) of caterpillar tracks which together form a travelling mechanism and on which a frame (3) in the form of an equilateral triangle is fastened. Two pairs (1) of caterpillar tracks are arranged along the axis one behind the other on the side of the jib of the stacker conveyor (12) and one pair (1) of caterpillar tracks is arranged on the side of the jib of the feed conveyor (21). The tower of the stacker is formed from two frames (5, 6) which are connected to each other at the top and are supported at the bottom on the base and the apex of the triangular frame (3). The jib of the stacker conveyor (12) comprises a plurality of segments and is extended in the direction of the jib of the feed conveyor (21), the extended end being arranged outside the triangular frame (3) and being provided with the conveyor drive (19). <IMAGE>
