发明名称 CONVERGENCE MEASURING DEVICE FOR COLOR CATHODE-RAY TUBE
摘要 PURPOSE:To have accurate amount of misconvergence by judging which color phosphor the light emission of a color CRT is made from on the basis of signals in adjacent positions for each picture element position in a color image pickup element, and determining the amount of misconvergence on the basis of this result from judgement. CONSTITUTION:A white measuring pattern is displayed on a color CRT, which is photographed once by a color image pickup element 2, and signals are stored color by color. It is judged which color fluorescent substance the light emission of phosphor is made from by comparing the signal of each color with the signal in adjacent position for each location of picture element in the image pickup element 2. Consequently the measuring pattern can be separated color by color to be emitted, and the amount of misconvergence is calculated by separated light emission image. Thereby accurate amount of misconvergence can be determined.
