PURPOSE:To provide the titled typewriter capable of printing (composing) automatically and continuously without exchanging paper every time, constituted so as to provide a sprocket to a platen to use roll paper as recording paper. CONSTITUTION:A roll paper (continuous recording paper) 100 is stocked in a stock part 30 and the leading end part thereof is wound up through a platen 10 by a winding part 40. On the platen 10, the roll paper 100 is brought into engagement with sprockets 11, 12 through the perforations 101, 102 thereof. When printing of one line is finished, a motor 50 is driven to rotate the platen 10 through a gear 13 as well as to rotate the winding part 40 through gears 60, 31. |
