PURPOSE:To enable the maintenance of an unused part of a test film in a desired state of low temperature and low humidity until the time point of employment, by providing an unused film cassette element, a used film cassette element, etc. CONSTITUTION:A long test film 10 for color analysis is held in a rolled state in an unused film cassette element 20 with its fore end part fixed to or held in a reel 21 in the cassette element 20. The other end of the film 10 is taken out of a film outlet part 22 of the cassette element 20 and put into a used film cassette element 30 from a film inlet part 32 of the cassette element 30, and the fore end part thereof is fixed to a reel 31 in the cassette element 30. Spot-application of a liquid to be inspected, incubation and measurement are conducted on a film part 10S of the film 10 being present outside the cassette elements 20 and 30. Both of lateral side parts of the film 10 are protected substantially by a humidity-impermeable material, on the occasion, and therefore the film can be maintained in a desired state of low temperature and low humidity. |
