Method for obtaining information from strongly mutilated data of a time signal transmitter

It is the case with all receiver circuits for radio clocks that erroneously received data have to be reckoned with in the case of a high level of interference or when the receiving field strengths are very weak. It is shown how it is possible to obtain the desired error-free systematic time data of the complete time signal by storing signal values which are located at appropriate points in the time reference (timing code) and by combining and evaluating them.
