PURPOSE:To quicken the time for stabilization of open circuit voltage of battery internal resistance by using as positive electrode black mix a powder of solvent powder to elude electrolyte and carbon powder which are fixed to metal oxide powder as active substance. CONSTITUTION:Positive electrode black mix is formed by mixing together a powder of manganese dioxide, powder of graphite, and zinc oxide as solvent powder eluded into the electrolyte in a proportion as 95:5:1. This is accomplished by rotating a vessel, dispersing uniformly the mixture layer attached to the inner wall of the vessel by centrifugal force while it is compressed by an inner piece, and fixing the graphite powder 1B and zinc oxide powder 1C to the surface of manganese dioxide powder 1A. This black mix is molded into cylindrical pellets. This quickens permeation of electrolyte into the black mix as the solvent fixed to the metal oxides in the black mix is easy to dissolve, and the time for stabilization of battery open circuit voltage or battery internal resistance. |
