An antistatic agent coated triple extrusion film is provided to prevent the contamination in a task a and product manufacturing processing and to reduce the production cost as the production cost is inexpensive over the existing polyester protective film. An antistatic agent coated triple extrusion film comprises: an internal layer having the low density polyethylene 70weight% and ultra low density polyethylene 30weight%; an intermediate layer having HDPE 100 weight% while being laminated on the internal layer; a outer layer having the low density polyethylene 70weight% and ultra low density polyethylene 30weight% while being laminated on the intermediate layer; and an internal layer on which antistatic agent is coated. The melt index the low density polyethylene 0.1 ~ 10g / 10min density is 0.910 ~ 0.930g / cm^3. The melt index the ultra low density polyethylene 0.1 ~ 10g / 10min density is 0.880 ~ 0.910g / cm^3. The melt index HDPE 0.1 ~ 10g / 10min density is 0.940 ~ 0.965g / cm^3.
