A remodeling structure for a soundproof wall comprises: a plurality of panel supporting members(10) adhering to the both front sides or the both rear sides of adjoining pillars; a remodeling panel(11) installed at a sliding groove of the adjoining pillars; a pillar cover fixing member(12) in which one side adheres to the front sides or the rear sides of the pillar; and a pillar cover(13) in which both end parts are bent toward the installed soundproof panel not to expose the front sides or the rear sides of the pillar to outside.
