A method for preparing health supplementary foods using Salicornia herbacea extracts and duck extracts is provided to show improved functionality by enriching the health supplementary foods with minerals, essential amino acids, high grade protein and calcium and remove a specific smell of duck. A method for preparing health supplementary foods comprises the following steps of: mixing Curcumae longae Rhizoma, Rhei Rhizoma and Angelicae koreanae Radix to Salicornia herbacea to prepare plants extracts; mixing ear shell husk to head and foot of duck and steam-boiling the mixture to obtain duck extracts; mixing the plant extracts and the duck extracts to prepare a mixture; concentrating and freeze-drying the mixture to become powder and adding adlay powder as an excipient to the mixture; and forming the mixture in a pill formulation.
