A geothermic heating and cooling device including a three way valve is provided to prevent a damage of a heat pump and stabilize the operation of the heat pump. A geothermic heating and cooling device comprises: a heat pump(110); a geothermic heat exchanger(150) having a heat recovery header(140) and a heat supply header(130); and a three way valve(120). The three way valve connects a branch pipe which is between the heat recovery header and the heat pump and between the heat supply header and the heat pump. The three way valve is controlled in order to block the circulation fluid from being flowed into the heat pump from the heat recovery header at a point of starting driving. The three way valve is controlled in order for the circulation fluid of the geothermic heat exchanger to be flowed into the heat pump via the heat recovery header when the heat pump is stabilized.
