PURPOSE:To attain the display of charging at a radio telephone set side by sending a charging rate data to a mobile station when the mobile station is provided with the charging display system and allowing the mobile station to calculate the charging based on the charging rate data. CONSTITUTION:In sending the information to establish a radio telephone line between a radio telephone set MS10 of the mobile station and a cell site CS2 of a stationary station from the mobile station to the stationary station, a data DA representing it that the mobile station is provided with the charging display system is sent. The CS2 receives the data DA and sends charging rate information CRD back to the MS10. In receiving the information CRD, the MS10 is enabled for actual communication and starts the calculation of charging and the charge according to the charging rate information depending on the communication time is calculated. Then the charge is displayed on a display device 16.
