<p>PURPOSE:To form a sensor element which is sensitive to the variation in temperature and moisture by a method wherein the component composition of the sensor element is specifically prescribed. CONSTITUTION:The component composition of the title sensor element is set ay (Ba1-kSrk) (Ti1- (L+m) SnLZrm)O3 in the form of 0<=k<=1, 0=<=l<=1, 0<=m<=1 and l+m III0. The Curie point Tc of the sensor element is lowered at least by the two elements selected from Sr, Sn and Zr, and the sensitivity for temperature fluctuations can be increased at least by the two elements selected from Sr, Sn and Zr. As a result, the sensor which is sensitive to the variation of temperature and moisture can be manufactured.</p> |
