PURPOSE:To eliminate the outside scattering of the dusts formed during the grinding work by sucking all the dusts by installing a cylindrical wire brush in rotatable ways in a housing so as to project a little from a dust collecting squeezer. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 5 is revolved, attaching the edge surfaces 19-21 of a dust collecting squeezer 18 onto a polished surface, a wire brush 2 inside a housing 1 revolves at a high speed and polishes the polished surface. In this case, the wire brush 2 projects a little from the edge surface of the dust collecting squeezer 18. Therefore, independently of the magnitude of the force for pressing the machine, the old coating film and rust can be polishing removed in a prescribed thickness by the wire brush 2 in revolution. The outside scattering of the dusts formed by this polishing is prevented by the dust collecting squeezer 18 installed on the other side part of the housing 1, and all the dusts can be absorbed into a dust collector. Further, the polishing thickness of a polished surface 23 is adjusted by shifting the undersurface of the squeezer 18 by raising and lowering a front roller 24 by the operation of a pressure adjusting knob 26. |
