FIELD: chemistry, biochemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to molecular biology, chemistry and biological chemistry and can be used for analysing interaction of RNA with RNA-binding molecules. Biological microchip (biochip) represents base, containing immobilised on it oligoribonucleotides, modified in one, several or all 2'-O-positions by silicon-based chemical protective groups. Method of manufacturing such biochip is performed by immobilization on base of oligoribonucleotides, containing in one, several or all 2'-O-positions silicon-based chemical protective groups. In order to remove chemical protective groups, biochip is incubated with solution for chemical protective group removal.
