Mould contains plumbaginous sleeve with protective layer and additional duplex coating, shape-generating body, implemented in the form of pipe made of heat-conducting material and connected to plumbaginous sleeve, and two tubes, located co-axial to each other and shape-generating body. In planes between tubes and shape-generating body cooling fluid circulates. To one of tubes or to shape-generating body by means of insertions or patches there are fixed ultrasonic transducer. Acoustic field of ultrasonic vibrations, passed from ultrasonic transducers to plumbaginous sleeve, interfaced into melt, block slag catch by crystallised wire. ^ EFFECT: it is provided improvement of copper wire. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
