PURPOSE:To have identification of each wiring, even though address block is removed at the stage of outputting as product, and provide practicability of performing actual wiring operation, by arranging a measuring/printing device between a wire material supply device and a wiring bundle forming device, measuring the length of wire prior to forming of the wiring bundle, and printing the identification code. CONSTITUTION:A measuring/printing device B is equipped with a measuring mechanism 21, which measures each wire WP supplied from a wire supply device A a certain set length by length continuously according to command from a computer, and with a printing mechanism 22 which prints an identification code in a specified position on the surface of covering of the wire WP measured. Further this is equipped with a cutting mechanism 23, which cuts the measured and printed wire WP at its measured end for a length required to wire harness (wiring bundle as product), and with a winding mechanism 25 which takes up the measured and printed length of wire on a spool 24. This enables identification of each wiring even though address block is removed after outputting as product, which allows actual wiring operation as it is. |
