PURPOSE:To realize highly accurate speed detection, by detecting a speed when the count in a speed pulse counting means exceeds over a target count based on the count at that time point and the time required for counting. CONSTITUTION:Upon provision of clock pulses produced for every period t, a servo processor 6 reads out count accumulated in a counter 4 for counting the output pulses from an encoder 3. It is judged whether the accumulated count is higher than a setting count necessary for ensuring detection control of a motor 1, and if the accumulated count is lower than the setting count, interrupting time (n) is incremented by 1. If the accumulated count is higher than the setting count, speed of the motor 1 is operated based on the accumulated count of pulses, interrupting times and clock pulse generating period n, and a difference from a target speed is obtained. |
