<p>A photosensitive material for electrophotography, which comprises a conductive base material (1) having formed thereon a photosensitive layer (20) containing a thiophene derivative, a diphenylthiophene derivative or an oxadiazole derivative. An exposure necessary for halving the potential of a positively charged surface of this material by irradiation with white light is 5 to 10 lx.sec. This material can be used for semi-conductor laser printers.</p> |
