BLADE ASSEMBLY

A blade assembly that contains a first blade and a shield. The shield is comprised of a first sidewall and a second sidewall, wherein the first sidewall has a first top surface and a first bottom surface, and the second sidewall has a second top surface and a second bottom surface. The first blade is comprised of a first proximal end and a first distal end, a first means for bonding the proximal end to th e shield, and a second means for bonding the distal end to the shield. The first blade doe s not extend above the first top surface or the second top surface, and the first blade does not extend below the first bottom surface or the second bottom surface. Each of the ends of the first blade is disposed within and attached to the shield.
