PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for a maintenance job and to decrease the number of maintenance operators by omitting the need to send a magnetic tape of the corrected information to a user and at the same time attaining a remote controlled maintenance job. CONSTITUTION:When a maintenance side computer system 10 performs a remote maintenance job to a user side computer system 15, the system 10 transfers the corrected information on software stored in a filing device 14 to the system 15 via a communication circuit 16. Thus, the system 15 carries out a job based on the received corrected information. Then, the system 10 gives an initial program loading command to the system 15 and the system 15 performs the initial program loading job. Thus, it is possible to shorten the time needed for a maintenance job and also to decrease the number of maintenance operators.
