<p>PURPOSE:To attain simplified processing and communication efficiency by designating all user data lengths in all the user data length fields displayed on a specific packet, and displaying the presence of a succeeding packet in one bit in a header for each packet. CONSTITUTION:In applying communication to user data between terminal equipments 13 and 23, a packet decomposing/composing device 10 in a communication processing node 12 at the sender side decomposes the user data into a fixed length packet. The indication of the presence of a succeeding packet in the demultiplexed fixed length packet is indicated in a user data part of a head packet being the division of all user data lengths in all packets including the head packet. The demultiplexed fixed length packet is sent to a receiver side communication processing node 22 through a fixed path and a transmission medium with respect to one and same communication and assembled into the user data by a packet decomposing/assembling device. Thus, the transmission is quickened in this way.</p> |
