PURPOSE:To improve accuracy in the jet position and raise the recording speed, by joining a plate to the opening of the ink feed path in a manner that each electrode and nozzle oppose each other. CONSTITUTION:The recorder is provided with a body 2 having a plurality of electrodes 4 and ink feed paths 3, a number of integrally formed nozzle 5a, and a nozzle plate 5 joined to the port of the ink feed path 3 in a manner that each nozzle 5a and electrode 4 oppose each other, and a recording sheet 7 is provided in front of a back side electrode 6. When voltage is applied be tween the opposing electrodes 4, 6, an electric field in formed, an electric charge is injected in the ink meniscus formed in the nozzle 5a to pull ink to the rear electrode 6 side in a spindle shape and effect printing on recording paper 7. |
