PURPOSE:To remove a backlash intervening in the coupling part between a load and an actuator by operating the actuator at pressure low enough not to move the load, and then opening an opening and closing valve parallel to a pressure reducing valve and operating the actuator. CONSTITUTION:The coupling part 3 is provided between the load 1 and actuator 2 and the coupling part 3 has a gap 3a acting as a backlash. A changeover valve 6 is provided to a hydraulic driving circuit 5 closer to the actuator 2, a check valve 7, pressure reducing valve and relief valve 9 are provided successively in front of the changeover valve 6, and maximum pressure for operating the actuator 8 is set to the relief valve 9. The load 1 does not operate on the pressure reducing valve 8, but enough pressure to operate the actuator 2 is set. |
