PURPOSE:To obtain an original nameplate or the like by printing a name, etc. having the desired calligraphic style, color, etc. on photographic printing paper with a photocomposer, developing the paper, forming a negative film with a camera for photoengraving, superposing the film on a transfer substrate, carrying out exposure and washing-out, superposing the resulting letter plate for transfer on a nameplate or the like, and pressing and rubbing the plate. CONSTITUTION:A name, etc. having the desired size and calligraphic style are printed on photographic printing paper, and the paper is developed. The printed letters are photographed with a camera for photoengraving, and the photograph is developed to form a negative film. The film is superposed on a transfer substrate and exposed to light of the desired color with a mercury lamp or the like, and the substrate is washed out to obtain a letter plate for transfer. The plate is superposed on a nameplate of colored plastics, metal, earthenware or the like, and transfer is carried out by pressing and rubbing the plate. The letters of the letter plate can be transferred to a front door, etc. as well as the nameplate. |
