PURPOSE:To prevent hole clogging of an original liquid discharge hole at the time of spinning, and to obtain easily a spinning nozzle for spinning a thread having a good quality, by providing an organic solvent onto the upper face of a spinneret material, and thereafter, piercing an original liquid leading-in hole, in case of manufacture of a spinneret. CONSTITUTION:An organic solvent 7 is provided to the upper face of a spinneret material 1 consisting of Ta, and thereafter, an original liquid leading-in hole 3 is pierced by a punch tool 2, and thereafter, an original liquid discharge hole is pierced in the bottom of the original liquid leading-in hole 3 in the same way as before. As a result, even if the tip part of the punch tool 2 and the spinneret material 1 are heated by friction at the time of working, which is caused between the tip part of the tool 2 and the mouth piece material 1, the organic solvent 7 takes its heat and evaporates. Therefore, it is not stuck by seizure to the tip part of the tool 2, and the wall face of the pierced original liquid leading-in hole 3 becomes a specular face. |
