The floor covering has a usable layer which is produced by needlefelt technology and is needle-punched with a batt. A heavy-duty backing of electrically conductive plastic is applied to the surface opposite the usable layer. The electrostatic charge on the surface can be conducted to the bottom surface by an electrically conductive batt which on the one hand is applied with the heavy-duty backing and on the other hand is self-adhesive on the downward-facing surface. |
