PURPOSE:To prevent faults such as cracking, splitting and peeling-off of component materials, by using, as an adhesive to bond a hollow tube to the inside of a piezoelectric ceramic tube, one with linear expansion coefficiency similar to that of a material constituting the ceramic tube or the hollow tube. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric ceramic tube 1 has one each of electrodes 2, 3 on its outer and inner peripherical surfaces and leads 4, 5 are each solded to each electrode. A hollow tube 6, with an injection port 7 on one end, is stuck to the inner surface of the ceramic tube 1 via adhesive 8. The adhesive 8 should have a linear expansion coefficient (15X10<-6> or smaller) similar to that of material forming the ceramic tube 1 or hollow tube 6 and may be a low thermal expansion polyimide (with linear expansion coefficient of 4X10<-6>). |
