FIELD: load handling devices. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to load handling devices to be used with cranes and is intended for on-track stations to rail by mechanised means. Proposed spreader bar represents a spatial frame with ropes for suspension to crane hook. Said frame accommodates a pair of L-like hook-up bell cranks pivoted thereto. Upper arms of said levers are coupled with power cylinders that make lock mechanisms for said levers. Lower shelf of every hook-up bell crank represents a section of turntables, their number corresponding to that of ties gripped in a row their horizontal sizes complying with tie width. Aforesaid frame supports four stops moving horizontally driven by power cylinders that thrust against upper row of ties. ^ EFFECT: perfected design. ^ 5 dwg
