FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing coffee substitutes. Method of obtaining instant powder for producing flavoured sunflower-girasol-apple drink provides for extraction of green tea by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, preparation of girasols/sunflowers and apples, their cutting, drying in microwave field till residual humidity about 20% at microwave field power providing warming of raw materials inside the bits till temperature of 80-90C during at least an hour and frying girasols/sunflowers, drying apples till residual humidity about 5% by conventional method, mixing girasols/sunflowers and apples in mass ratio of 3:2, loading the obtained mixture into cryo mill, impregnation of the obtained mixture by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost to the value of corresponding vapour enrichment pressure at the temperature of impregnation and depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen. ^ EFFECT: method allows to produce new flavoured coffee drink according to nonwaste technology. |
