FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, surgery, can be used in formation of small intestine ostomy. Pre-ostomy elastic restraining valve is formed. With 4-7 cm indent from oral end of small intestine porous nickelide-titanium plate is invaginated into intestinal wall through counter-mesentery edge of small intestine transversally to its length. Invagination is performed by application of transversal serous-muscular sutures from serous membrane side. At the distance 5-6 cm more proximally than formed elastic restraining valve small intestine pouch is formed. Small intestine loops are fixed to each other with their lateral surfaces in medial part by means of two serous-muscular sutures with 4-6 mm interval. Length of each intestine knee constitutes 7-8 cm. Between sutures punctures of adjacent walls of adducting and abducting loops are made through all layers with length to 3-4 cm. Through punctures alternatively wire nickelide-titanium devices are implanted along intestine length in mutually-opposite directions. One branch of each device gets into adducting loop, the other - into abducting loop. Intestine wound is sewn with purse-string suture. ^ EFFECT: method allows to increase tightness of ostomated intestine, is technically simple. ^ 1 ex, 4 dwg |
