EXAMPLE:2-(3,4-Dimethoxyphenyl)-5-[4-( 4-fluorobenzoyl )-1-piperidinyl ]-2-isopro pylvaleronitrile hydrochloride. USE:A medicine. A hypotensor. PREPARATION:The compound of formula I is produced e.g. by producing 2-(3,4- dimethoxyphenyl)-2-isopropylacetonitrile from 3,4-dimethoxyphenylacetonitrile and isopropyl bromide, reacting the obtained compound with 1-bromo-3- chloropropane and reacting with 4-(4-fluorobenzoyl)piperidine hydrochloride. |
