发明名称 PRODUCTION OF ANORTHITE-BASED SINTERED MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To contrive to reduce sintering temperature, by calcining a Ca type zeolite having SiO2/Al2O3 of a specific value, amorphous calcined material obtained by calcining the zeolite and a mixture of the zeolite or the calcined material and an alkaline earth metal compound. CONSTITUTION:(I) A Ca type zeolite having a composition with the ratio of SiO2/Al2O3 of <=2.5, (II) an amorphous calcined material obtained by calcining the substance I and (III) a mixture of the substance I or the substance II and an alkaline earth metal are prepared. Then powder of one or more of the substances I-III is used as raw material powder, molded and then the molded article is burnt. This anorthite sintered material can be produced by sintering at low temperature of <=1,000 deg.C, preferably 850-950 deg.C and is an excellent material useful as a substrate for electronic parts.
