发明名称 PRODUCTION OF CERAMIC MATERIAL FOR EXTRUSION MOLDING
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable production of the titled material capable of providing a sintered molded article free from voids by few labor in a short time, by previously making a cellulose derivative to be blended with a ceramic material into an aqueous solution and filtering the solution by a filter having a specific hole diameter. CONSTITUTION:A cellulose derivative binder is dissolved in water or a mixed solution of water and an additive except a ceramic material, filtered by a filter having 5-100mu hole diameter to remove insoluble materials and the filtrate is blended with a ceramic material. In the operation, to eliminate ceramic void defects having about several mu pore diameter, the solution is filtered by a filter having hole diameter as small as possible. But in the case of a filter having too small hole diameter, since continuous filtration of highly concentrated aqueous solution of binder is too difficult in an industrial production level, the hole diameter is >=5mu. On the other hand, a filter having >100mu hole diameter can not show effects.
