PURPOSE: To facilitate the adjustment for neutralizing a pressure sensor by arranging a plurality of pin outs at a trough for surrounding a central pressure room and connecting a link that can be welded of a regulation circuit network to them electrically. CONSTITUTION: An integrated circuit assembly 12 is supported inside a support housing member 10 of a pressure sensor 100, a cover member 14 with port is sealed onto the assembly 12, and an electrical plug member 16 is inserted into the assembly 12. The support housing member 10 has a concentric trough 24 that surrounds a pressure room 22 and the bottom of the concentric trough 24 has a number of pin-outs 31 being separated circumferentially around it. A probe is applied to a specific one of the pin-outs 31 and an electrical pulse is supplied and a weldable link is selectively opened, thus performing an adjustment for neutralization of the pressure sensor 100. |
