PURPOSE:To efficiently manufacture by inserting ceramic rods in holes having bottom at regular arrangement formed to wax pattern, spraying casting sand, drying, melting out the wax, casting molten metal, dissolving out the ceramic rods and finish-machining. CONSTITUTION:The many holes 13 having bottom regularly arranged are formed in the wax pattern 10. Zirconium-made rods 14 are inserted into the holes 13. Under this condition, after sticking the casting sand around the wax pattern 10, this is set in the mold, heated to dry, and the wax is melted out and removed. After annealing the casting obtd. by casting in the mold 15, the ceramic rods are dissolved out by alkali-treatment. Further, the finish-machining is executed. By this method, the product having good accuracy is efficiently manufactured. |
