PURPOSE:To obtain a rotating internal combustion engine with high heat efficiency by using the rotating engine in which female and male rotors are synchronously rotated in a noncontact state as a compressor and an expander and connecting them on the same axis. CONSTITUTION:A pair of blades 2 of a male rotor 1 are rotated integrally with a revolving hollow body 9 in close contact with the periphery of a fixed hollow body 11 fixed to the periphery of the revolving hollow body 9. A female rotor 5 has a recessed section 7 in which the blades 2 are inserted and is rotated in the opposite direction to the male rotor 1. A rotating engine having the male rotor 1 and the female rotor 5 is used as a compressor C and an expander E. The compressor C and the expander E are arranged on the same axis, the gas compressed in the operation chamber 8 of the compressor C is guided into the operation chamber 8 of the expander E via the revolving hollow body 9 of the expander E and ignited and burnt by an ignition plug 16 in conjunction with the fuel guided into this operation chamber to generate the power, thus the rotating internal combustion engine is constituted. |
