PURPOSE:To obtain a superconductor having excellent machinability and flexibility and hardly any change with time, by blending an oxide superconducting ceramics powder with a nonoxide glass material and forming the resultant blend. CONSTITUTION:For example, an oxide superconducting ceramics powder obtained by pulverizing oxide superconducting ceramics expressed by the formula [e.g. X=0.6 (Y=0)] in a specific proportion is added and blended with a nonoxide glass material, such as silicon, arsenic, tellurium or antimony based glass, and the resultant blend is then formed by, e.g. a means for melting and drawing the blend. |
