<p>PURPOSE:To minimize a waiting time and to effect a complicated control by performing a program mentioned with a high level language based on the coordinate value of the control axis of each detected machine tool, and synchronizing the plural machine tools. CONSTITUTION:When the read coordinate value of the tip of a drill 9 of a machine tool 4 exceeds the coordinate value of a point XA, a numeric value controller 1 reads the coordinate value of the tip of a drill 10 of a machine tool 5, and judges whether or not it exceeds an intersection X. When the coordinate value exceeds the intersection X, the controller 1 outputs a stopping instruction to the machine tool 4, and outputs the re-starting instruction of the NC processing program of the machine tool 4 to the machine tool 5 after the completion of drilling. Further, when the coordinate value of the tip of the drill 10 of the machine 5 exceeds a point XB, the controller 1 outputs the stopping instruction to the machine tool 5, and after the drilling is completed by the machine tool 4, it outputs the re-starting instruction of the NC processing program of the machine tool 5.</p> |
