<p>PURPOSE:To avoid the contact of sealed liquid food with starch through the spout as well as to facilitate peeling of the seal at the time of opening, by a method wherein the seal is joined by thermocompression bonding to a non- oriented polypropylene sheet of the top cover's underlayer that blocks the spout. CONSTITUTION:The top of blocked spout 8 of the top cover 3 made of a multilayer laminated sheet A is fitted by thermocompression bonding with a seal 11 with a non-oriented propylene sheet 10 pasted by dry lamination on the bottom of a seal base 9 such as a polyester sheet. The seal 11 is fitted by pasting on part of a non-oriented polypropylene sheet 6 that blocks the spout 8. When the non-pasted part around the seal 11 is picked to peel, only the sheet 6 breaks to allow the piercing of the spout and at the same time the seal 11 is peeled off. This structure permits no possibility of contact of sealed liquid food 2 with starch (adhesives) and avoids its mixture into the food 2.</p> |
