摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the titled sintered compact capable of retaining high thermal conductivity and providing excellent metallizing properties of the surface, by forming a base having high thermal conductivity and sheet having metallized surface layer by each adding a specific element compound to AlN which is a main component, laminating the sheet to the base and press-molding the laminated product and sintering the resultant moldings. CONSTITUTION:0.1-30wt.% one or more kind of compounds (e.g. Y2O3 and CaO) selected from oxide, boride, nitride, fluoride, oxalate and carbonate of element of the periodic table IIa and IIIa and binder, etc., are added to AlN powder which is a main component and the blend is kneaded to form a base having high conductivity. On the one hand, 0.1-30wt.% one or more compound (e.g. TiC) selected from carbide, boride, nitride and fluoride of element of the periodic table IVa, Va and VIa and binder, etc., are added to the AlN powder which is a main component and the blend is kneaded to form a sheet having metallized surface layer. The above-mentioned sheet is laminated to the face of the above-mentioned base and the laminate is subjected to press molding and then sintered to provide the titled sintered compact.
